Ryan Imgrund is a Canadian Biostatistician who snitched on, and attacked Canadian MPP Randy Hillier for defying COVID lockdown measures.
Ryan works within data models, predicting death numbers based on variables like case infections, case infection rates and death rates. He aggressively pushes lock down measures, and completely ignores the more complex variables involved in calculating loss of life. Deaths associated from poverty and homelessness which are driven by lockdowns completely escape Ryans mathematical models – essentially as effectively irrelevant. Loss of life associated with Mental Health and Depression concerns, from things like suicide and drug overdoses, fly right over his head. Ryan will aggressively promote lockdowns and is quick to shame folks who do not adhere to his modelling. He even goes so far as to assign a number of dead bodies someone is responsible for, if they dare not comply to his asinine mathematical models and his demands to enforce the most authoritarian of lock down measures.

Mordechai Nisan was born in Montreal in 1947. He earned a Doctorate in Political Science from McGill University and, after moving to Israel, taught Middle East Studies at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem from 1976-2010. He has been affiliated with a number of academic and public institutions and has authored a wide array of books.

Communist China used state loyal, partisan media to slander and attack organizers of freedom protests in Hong Kong. This despicable practice is perpetrated by traitorous ideologically slanted media companies and journalists in order to prevent citizens from peacefully protesting against their governments. Shaming techniques, slandering tactics via assignment of nasty labels, presenting protestors and their organizers as threats to public safety, inevitably escalating to the point where the state can justify fining said organizers, and ultimately criminalizing behaviour practically everyone would have deemed fundamental in a healthy democracy just a few months earlier.
This is how democracy and freedom dies. This is how freedoms and liberties are stripped from society. When presented in the best interests of public safety, apparently the masses are eagerly willing to throw away rights and freedoms they would have once been willing to fight and die to protect.

Now that vaccines are available and the risk re COVID is extremely well understood. It’s time to return to basic principles.
This irrational group think, hive mind, “we’re all in this together” – when we clearly are not – nonsense needs to end.
The government and the media (but I repeat myself) need to get out of our lives and it’s time for people to make their own choices, their own decisions and determine their own levels of acceptable risk.

There are certainly plenty of employee owned businesses out there. Absolutely nothing discourages such scenarios. The problem of course becomes the running and operating a business is much more involved than working at a business. So, someone needs to be in charge - even if its by committee. This usually (but, not always) tends to create tension. How are people rewarded for their contributions. How about when capital needs to be raised - different people will have various levels of capital or credit available - thereby distribution of shares and compensation vary, etc...
